Aaron Lile

Aaron Lile is a seasoned Senior Application Developer and Frontend Developer with extensive experience in web development, particularly with single-page applications (SPAs). Currently at Charter Communications and XPO Logistics, Inc., Aaron has led development across multiple teams while mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, and SCSS. Previous roles include significant contributions at Nike, R/West, UTi Worldwide, and WebMD, focusing on agile development, performance optimization, and responsive design. Aaron holds a BS in Interactive Development from The Art Institutes and a BA in Studio Arts from the University of Houston.
