Jason Essenmacher

Jason Essenmacher, MHRLR, currently serves as Head of Compensation at XPO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities include strategic vision, leadership development, and oversight of compensation governance and processes. Prior experience includes roles such as Total Rewards Leader at Owens Corning, overseeing global compensation structures, and Senior Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at NSK AMERICAS, INC. Jason's career in compensation management began at MSX International as Global Compensation Manager, and continued at International Automotive Components and Citrix, where HR functions and programs were managed. Jason's foundational experience in human resources began at Qualcomm. Jason holds a Master of Human Resources Management & Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Psychology and Political Science from Western Michigan University.
