Paul Frayer

Paul Frayer is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in labor and employee relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Labor & Employee Relations at XPO Logistics, Inc. since October 1991. In this role, Paul develops and promotes effective labor strategies, oversees contract negotiations, and addresses operational and employee engagement challenges. Previously, Paul held positions as Director and Manager of Human Resources, directing HR compliance and managing teams of HR professionals, and successfully implemented a Driver Training Program that alleviated chronic driver shortages. Additionally, Paul serves as a Special Deputy and Marine Safety Officer at the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office, enforcing Michigan state laws. Paul earned a BSA in Finance and Communications from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an MBA in General Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
