Rashad Crum, MSHR, serves as a Compensation Manager at XPO since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in compensation management across multiple organizations. Previously, Rashad held the role of Senior Global Compensation Specialist at StockX from November 2021 to August 2025 and progressed through various titles at XPO Logistics, including Lead Analyst and Senior Analyst in Compensation. Rashad's expertise encompasses the design and administration of compensation programs, incentive plans, and compliance audits aimed at enhancing compensation practices across divisions. Additional experience includes positions as Compensation Analyst at Genuine Parts Company and Veritiv Corporation, along with a significant tenure at FedEx where Rashad contributed analytical expertise in benefits and compensation administration. Rashad holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
