Previous leadership roles include President and CEO of the Archery Trade Association, Senior Vice President of Corporate Account Sales at The Freeman Company, and Trustee on the Carroll Independent School District Board. Kormann has also contributed to various organizations as an Advisory Board Member and Board Member, focusing on strategic development and business growth. Kormann holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of West Georgia.
