Amy M Lipps

Amy M Lipps is an experienced franchise development professional with a strong background in the fitness and tax service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Franchise Development at Xponential Fitness since October 2019, Lipps also owns Club Pilates, a role held since September 2017. Previously, Lipps was the Brand Manager at St. Gregory Development Group, LLC from July 2017 to December 2019. Lipps spent over 13 years at Liberty Tax Service, holding various positions including East Texas Area Developer and Director of Area Development, where responsibilities included developing franchise territories and supporting franchise owners. Lipps earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from South Dakota State University.
