Andrew Hagopian

Andrew Hagopian has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Andrew most recently served as the Chief Legal Officer at Xponential Fitness starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of General Counsel at Newlight Technologies, Inc. from June 2022 to February 2023. Andrew also served as the Chief Legal Officer at BetMGM from January 2021 to June 2022. Andrew Hagopian has a long history with MGM Resorts International, where they held various positions including Chief Corporate Counsel from December 2016 to December 2020. Andrew was also a Board Member for the American Cancer Society in Orange County starting in September 2023. Prior to their corporate roles, they worked as an Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from August 2005 to February 2011.
