Lielen de Guzman

Lielen de Guzman is an experienced fitness professional currently serving as the National Talent Manager at Xponential Fitness since January 2022, where responsibilities include training development, franchise support, and project management. Previously, Lielen held key roles at Rumble Boxing, including Founding Trainer and Talent Manager, overseeing multiple studios and trainer quality control. Lielen is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has held various teaching positions in group fitness at reputable facilities such as Orangetheory Fitness, Nimble Fitness, and TRX Training Center. A graduate of UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Lielen has a strong background in fitness program design and training across diverse modalities.
