Molly Crimmins

Molly Crimmins has a diverse work experience across various industries. Molly started their career at Amazon as a Prime Student Campus Manager in 2017. Molly then interned at the Los Angeles Sparks and the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2018. In 2019, Molly worked at the St. Louis Blues as an Inside Sales Representative and later as a Client Retention Executive. Molly joined Orangetheory Fitness in 2016 as a Performance Coach/Sales Associate and stayed there until 2021. Molly also worked at Procode 6 as an Athlete Services Manager for a brief period in 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a High Performance Consultant/Speaker at The Ben Newman Companies. Most recently, Molly joined Xponential Fitness in 2023 as the Director of Partnership Activation & Strategy.

Molly Crimmins obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Sport and Performance Psychology from Adams State University in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2019. In 2016, Molly also attended the University of Miami Herbert Business School, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
