Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations at Xpress Global Systems since March 2015, Preston oversees 10 facilities and 175 staff members, focusing on operational and financial execution through KPIs and safety measures. Previous roles include Regional Operations Manager for the West Region and Service Center Manager at XGS, where Preston improved routing efficiencies and delivery costs. Prior experience includes serving as Franchisee at Priority Logistics INC, Southwest District Manager at BeavEx, Inc., Manager of Quality Assurance at Kitty Hawk, and Midwest Director of Operations at XGSI, all of which contributed to a strong track record in operational oversight, relationship development, and quality assurance.
