Soma Sudarshan Chandraiah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and process optimization. Currently serving as Vice President - Process & Products at Xpressbees, responsibilities include building cost-effective supply chains and enhancing customer experiences through automation and product development. Previously, significant roles at Flipkart involved leading strategic initiatives to improve process adequacy and performance management in last mile logistics. Earlier experiences at GENPACT and ABB focused on supply chain services, business process re-engineering, and operational excellence. Soma holds an M.Tech in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a BE in Production Engineering from the University of Madras.
