Jed joined Xpressdocs in 2005 and oversees end-to-end management of creative services, new customer implementation and website development, template configuration, workflow solutions, print operations, and distribution.

His primary focus is customer satisfaction, providing a seamless experience that’s flexible and efficient in an increasingly dynamic marketplace.
