Kathy Mandato

Kathy Mandato currently serves as the Chief People Officer at XPRIZE, where Kathy leads HR and Talent Acquisition efforts for a non-profit dedicated to addressing global challenges through innovative competitions. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles, Mandato has held positions such as VP of Human Resources at Snapchat, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at NBCUniversal, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Comcast. Mandato's advisory and investment roles include positions with HearMe and Varo Bank, as well as serving as an HR Advisor for Media Res Studio and Meow Wolf. Mandato is also recognized for founding Workplace Insider, where services included HR advising and executive coaching for various technology companies. Mandato holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Kansas State University.
