Michaella R.

Michaella R. is a Program Manager at XPRIZE, overseeing the Prize Design for the XPRIZE Feed the Next Billion initiative, a $15 million competition aimed at developing sustainable and nutritious alternatives to conventional chicken and fish. Previously, Michaella R. served as a Project Manager at Karr Tuttle Campbell, leading marketing and business development efforts while managing a CRM data migration project. Experience also includes roles as Manager of Partnerships at Athleta, where sales and store traffic data were analyzed to drive profitability, and as a consultant on the Seattle Minimum Wage Ordinance at the University of Washington. Earlier career positions include Development Project Intern at the UN Migration Agency and Logistics and Purchasing Manager at Package Depot, along with serving as General Manager at Aspen Leaf, LLC. Michaella R. holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance and has completed a certificate in Technology Entrepreneurship from the UW Foster School of Business. Current studies include a fellowship in Human Rights & Humanitarian Action at Duke University.
