Dave Pulis

Dave Pulis is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including technology and digital assets. As Co-Founder and CEO of ZBX since August 2018, Dave has guided the company in achieving significant regulatory milestones in Europe. In addition, Dave serves as a Board Member for XPRIZO, focusing on financial product design and regulatory applications in Kenya and Abu Dhabi, and as a Strategic Advisor/Investor for Tekpon, a leading software affiliate platform. Dave also founded EuroMed Capital in 2017, which invests in technology and AI sectors. Previous roles include Foundation Member at Everscale Network, Head of Institutional Trading Clients at EXANTE, and Administrator at The World Bank. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Lateral Thinking, Creativity, and Innovation, and a B.Commerce in Management and Public Policy from the University of Malta.
