Phil Nelson is a Principal Engineer at XPS Expert Process Solutions since February 1999. Prior to this, they worked as a Process Optimization Specialist at Tembec from October 1996 to November 1997. They hold a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University and a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science with a Chemical Engineering option from the University of Toronto. At XPS, they provide process control consulting to plants from the central group, managing projects and reporting on improvement.
