Mary McGrath

Mary McGrath has extensive work experience in the financial industry, specifically in pensions marketing and business development. Mary started their career in 1980 at Irish Life & Permanent as a New Business executive. Mary then worked at Sedgwick as a New Business executive from 1985 to 1986. In 1986, they joined Aetna Life Insurance Company as a Pensions Marketing Executive. From 1990 to 1991, they worked at City Financial Marketing as an Account Manager. Mary then served as a Pensions Marketing Consultant at Lincoln Financial Group from 1991 to 1996. Mary continued their career at Barclays as a Pensions Marketing Manager from 1996 to 2001. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at Lane Clark & Peacock as a Partner and Head of Marketing and Business Development. Currently, they are a Partner and Business Development & Marketing Director at XPS Pensions Group since 2008.

Mary McGrath attended Mercy Convent Dungarvan from 1976 to 1980. Mary then went on to study Marketing at the College of Marketing and Design in Dublin from 1981 to 1983. Following that, they pursued further education in Marketing at the College for the Distributive Trades in London from 1987 to 1989.
