Tom Ruggieri

Tom Ruggieri is a seasoned insurance industry executive with extensive leadership experience. As the Founding Partner and CEO of XPT Group since 2017, Ruggieri has spearheaded a specialty insurance distribution company that integrates underwriting and wholesale brokerage firms to enhance market expertise and customer service. Previously, Ruggieri served as CEO of CGSC North America from October 2014 to April 2016, overseeing major North American platforms. Ruggieri also founded and led Advisen Ltd. from 2000 to 2014, establishing it as a leader in commercial insurance information. Ruggieri began a career at Marsh from 1985 to 2000, where contributions to the FINPRO division and the formation of the Global Broking division were pivotal. Ruggieri holds a BA in Economics and Politics & Government from Ohio Wesleyan University.
