Keith Dysarz

Keith Dysarz has a strong background in education and leadership roles. Keith currently works at XQ Institute as the Chief Academic Officer and Senior Director of State and Local Partnerships. Prior to this, they were the Director of K12 Practice at Education Trust from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they held various positions at Baltimore City Public Schools, including the Special Assistant to the Chief Academic Office, Director of Teacher Effectiveness, and Coordinator of Curriculum and Assessments. In these roles, Keith was responsible for creating and implementing teaching frameworks, certification processes, and professional development programs. Keith also played a key role in the district's adoption of Common Core State Standards and managed a large-scale Race to the Top Teacher Effectiveness project.

Keith Dysarz attended the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Keith then went on to The Johns Hopkins University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Education.
