Mary Ryerse has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education field. Mary is currently serving as the Managing Director for School Success at XQ Institute. Prior to that, they worked at Getting Smart as the Director of Strategic Design, where they collaborated with clients and the Getting Smart team to develop strategic plans and provide implementation support to ensure learning for all. Mary has also held roles such as Washington State Navigation 101 Director and Teacher & Coach at various educational institutions. Mary Ryerse obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1990. Mary then attended the University of Minnesota in 1990-1991 to obtain a Secondary Education Teaching Certification. In 1995-1997, they earned a Master's degree in Education Administration from Whitworth University. Lastly, they completed a Superintendent's Credential in Education Administration at Gonzaga University from 2004-2006.
