Renee A. Rattray Ed.d.

Renee A. Rattray Ed.D. serves as the Lead Education Advisor & Consultant for the XQ Institute since May 2023 and has been the CEO and Education & Leadership Specialist at TeachGood LeadGood since July 2019. With extensive experience including roles as Lead Education Consultant for the European Union and as a Fellow with the International Women's Forum, Renee has a proven track record of supporting educational initiatives and leadership development. At The Jamaica National Group, Renee developed and led significant projects aimed at improving school performance and leadership effectiveness, and previously worked with the Ministry of Education in Jamaica as a Lead School Inspector. Renee's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University and various certifications from prestigious institutions such as Harvard and INSEAD.
