Ferhan Özkan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the XR and gaming industries. Currently serving as the Global Organizer for XR HACK since February 2024, Ferhan facilitates a global XR Champions League for over 500 developers in partnership with Meta. As a co-founder of XR Bootcamp, Ferhan is dedicated to providing advanced online VR/AR development courses. In addition, Ferhan holds the position of Vice Chair for the IEEE Standards 2048 Working Group, focusing on VR/AR standards. Previous roles include co-founding VR First, managing business development at Crytek, and establishing Turkey's first digital game distribution platform at TTNET. Ferhan also played a pivotal role in founding METUTECH-ATOM, Turkey's first pre-incubation center, and has significant leadership experience in industry relations through ISBIR. Ferhan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from METU.
