Brittany Sudar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Brittany began their career in 2008 at JCSI, where they held multiple roles, including Recruiting Project Manager, Recruiting Supervisor, and Recruiting Consultant. In these positions, they managed project teams, trained and supervised recruiters, and attracted and qualified candidates in various industries.
In 2013, Sudar joined Coravin as an Onsite Recruiter/Project Manager, where they led the full-cycle recruitment process for a growing startup company. Brittany successfully interacted with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure quality hires.
Since 2018, Sudar has been with Extreme Reach as Director of People & Talent Acquisition, where they oversee recruitment strategies and manages the acquisition of talent.

Brittany Sudar attended Millbury High School from 1999 to 2003. Brittany then pursued their higher education at Assumption University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from 2003 to 2007.
