Donald Braswell

Donald Braswell has extensive experience in technical support and media quality control within the broadcast and media industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support specialist at Extreme Reach since February 2014, Donald provides configuration expertise for encoding and transcoding systems, manages the deployment of new configurations, and addresses production issues with a deep understanding of MPEG video and audio encoding techniques. Prior roles include Media Quality Control Technician at DG Fast Channel and Deployment Technician at Pathfire, where Donald assisted TV stations with hardware installation. Earlier career experience includes working as a Storage Management Technician at Northern Illinois University. Donald holds a degree from Point University.
