Paul Mealy has extensive work experience in the field of design and innovation. Currently, they serve as the Head of Design Systems & Innovation for Prime Video Sports CX at Amazon. Prior to this, they co-founded XRAI Glass and held the position of Chief Product Officer, where they developed AR subtitling and translation features, leading the company to a multi-million dollar valuation.

Paul also worked at Facebook as a Product Design Leadership in AR @ Reality Labs, contributing to product design in the augmented reality space. Before that, Paul was the Chief Product Officer at Castiron.

Additionally, they held various roles at Fusion Alliance, including VP of Digital and Director of Design & Innovation. At Intel Corporation, they served as Director of Interactive and led the UX Design and Engineering teams in creating Intel True VR, a white-labeled product that delivered live stereoscopic video streams and real-time 3D immersive games to multiple devices.

Paul Mealy has a strong background in interactive design and development, having worked at POP as Director of Interactive and Group Creative Director. Paul was responsible for creative direction, system architecture, and the launch of hardware and software products, including environmental installations and large-scale touchscreens for Fortune 100 clients.

Earlier in their career, Paul held positions at InsideDown as Co-Founder and VP of Product, focusing on creating virtual reality, augmented reality, and object recognition solutions for educational settings. Paul also co-founded WFH Interactive and served as its CEO.

Notably, Paul Mealy worked at Nike as a Senior Creative Director, contributing to the creative direction of projects during their tenure.

Paul Mealy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Design from the University of Cincinnati, with a focus on Industrial Design and Digital Design. Paul also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Innovation.
