Nina Dabit

Nina D. is an accomplished Development Director at XRAY.FM, with a proven track record of enhancing organizational revenue and leading significant fundraising efforts, including a record-breaking capital campaign and substantial grants. Previous roles include Development Manager and Constituency Organizing Coordinator at the Democratic Party of Oregon, where Nina D. effectively engaged politically disenfranchised groups and significantly increased outreach to Spanish-speaking voters. Additional experience includes serving as a Legislative Aide to Representative Ken Helm, supporting legislative research and constituent communication, and roles in education and mentoring. Nina D. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from Willamette University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising from Portland State University.
