Mariana Lima

Mariana Lima has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Mariana began their career as a Trainee at Randstad Technologies - Portugal in 2013. Mariana then joined Farfetch as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2013 and remained there until 2017. Following that, they worked at Feedzai starting as an HR Consultant from January 2017 to February 2018, and later as a Recruitment Team Leader from February 2018 to February 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Xray by Xblend since October 2020.

Mariana Lima obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação - Universidade do Porto. Mariana also holds a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent, which they obtained in December 2016.
