Charlotte Tsao

Charlotte Tsao is an experienced professional in customer success and healthcare. Currently serving as Customer Success Director at XREX Inc. since January 2021, Charlotte has also held the role of Customer Success Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Service Supervisor at Doncath Holdings from August 2017 to May 2018, and a background as a Registered Nurse at Cheng Hsin General Hospital from August 2013 to July 2016. Charlotte Tsao holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned between 2021 and 2022, and an Associate of Science in Nursing Science from Chang Gung University of Technology, completed in June 2013. Charlotte also attended Foothill College from 2018 to 2021.
