Jean Lefrançois

Jean Lefrancois is an experienced professional in the field of consulting and solution architecture, currently serving as the Director of Consulting Services and Solution Architect at XRM Vision since June 2017. With a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Jean has held various prominent positions, including Directeur Conseil and Conseiller Principal at CGI, as well as Directeur CRM at JOVACO Solutions Inc. and various roles focused on CRM implementation and analysis at other organizations. Jean's extensive career spans over two decades, with significant contributions to the deployment of CRM solutions and project management, underpinned by a foundation in business solutions consulting. Education was pursued at Cegep Vieux Montréal from 1987 to 1989.
