Roman Sharapov

Roman Sharapov has had a long and varied career in engineering. Roman began their career in 2008 as a Design Engineer in the Large Area Repair project at Boeing. Roman then moved on to become a CATIA V5 Instructor at Boeing and later a Design Engineer in Ground Support Equipment, where they were awarded Boeing's certificate "Future belongs to you" for their innovative design solutions. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of Rifinitura, a producer of non-flammable materials for contemporary architecture. In 2019, they co-founded xRobotics and became its CTO.

Roman Sharapov obtained a Master's degree in International Production Management from Hamburg University of Technology between 2011 and 2014.
