Brian Lenz has over 25 years of work experience in the media, digital and technology sectors. Brian began their career in 1995 as a Decision Support Group Manager at Crown Consulting. In 2002, they became a Consultant at Walt Disney Television, followed by a Consultant role at L.E.K. Consulting in 2003. From 2005 to 2007, they held the role of Head of Product Strategy & Business Development at Virgin Media, and then moved on to Director of Product Design & Development at BSkyB from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they became Chief Innovation Officer at Astro, and in 2018 they were appointed Chief Product & Content Officer, Kayo Sports and Binge Entertainment at Streamotion. Brian also served as a Strategic Advisor at Streamotion and XrossWorld in 2020. In 2021, they took on the role of Vice President, Sports Network North America at Red Bull, where they are responsible for running media strategy, production and distribution for the company's North American sports networks.

Brian Lenz obtained their MBA with Distinction from the London Business School in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a BSE and BA from the University of Michigan in 1994, majoring in Industrial and Operations Engineering and English Literature.
