XS is a licensed and fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. We are looking for a dynamic Back Office/Customer Support Officer to join our team of experts.

Responsibilities:
Introducing financial products and services & ensuring effective implementation of the Know your Customer (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients in line with the company policies and procedures.
Executing daily tasks relating to account opening/maintenance and closures and responding to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
Monitoring of clients’ accounts regarding suspicious transactions and notifying the MLCO when clients’ investment/economic profiles do not match
Preparing various regulatory reports related to back office
Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems, and controls
Communicating with other internal departments and the Company’s partners
Providing regular progress and management reporting, including KPI
Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
Taking initiative, delegating effectively, and communicating clearly to meet the department’s goals.
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Banking, Math, Statistics, and/or any other related qualifications.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Located in Seychelles
Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
