XS is a licensed and fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. We are looking for a dynamic Back Office/Customer Support Officer to join our team of experts.

Responsibilities: 

  • Introducing financial products and services & ensuring effective implementation of the Know your Customer (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients in line with the company policies and procedures.

  • Executing daily tasks relating to account opening/maintenance and closures and responding to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone

  • Monitoring of clients’ accounts regarding suspicious transactions and notifying the MLCO when clients’ investment/economic profiles do not match

  • Preparing various regulatory reports related to back office

  • Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems, and controls

  • Communicating with other internal departments and the Company’s partners

  • Providing regular progress and management reporting, including KPI

  • Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Taking initiative, delegating effectively, and communicating clearly to meet the department’s goals.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting, Banking, Math, Statistics, and/or any other related qualifications.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

  • Located in Seychelles

  • Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word

  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
