Ali Dormiani is a dedicated semiconductor enthusiast with a robust background in testing heterogeneous, mixed-signal compute systems. They completed both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of California San Diego. From 2018 to 2019, Ali worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCSD Noiselab before continuing their career at Qualcomm as a Cellular Test Engineer and later as an Engineer in Wireless R&D System Integration and Test from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Ali serves as Principal Engineer at Xscape Photonics Inc, specializing in Silicon Photonics, and is the Lead Characterization/Test Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, focusing on High-Speed SerDes.
