As Chief Transformation Officer, Mason helps clients successfully tackle the complexities of enterprise transformations by leveraging new technologies, delivery methodologies and process reengineering. With more than 20 years of transformation and change management experience, Mason guides client leadership, practitioners and programs through massive transformation undertakings by shifting their mindset and actions into frequent, smaller initiatives that require less money and time, while producing quicker results.
