Philip Crean has extensive work experience in the field of growth consulting. Philip started their career at IRI, where they worked as a Junior Associate, responsible for providing growth strategy recommendations to clients in the consumer goods industry. Philip later advanced to the position of Associate, managing project deliverables and working closely with C-suite executives at leading manufacturers and retailers. In their most recent role as an Engagement Manager, they led cross-vertical consulting projects, leveraging their expertise in beer, wine, spirits, tobacco, and various consumer goods categories. As of August 2021, Philip has taken on the role of Chief Commercial Officer at XSE Group, a national leader in office technology solutions, where they are responsible for sales, marketing, and distribution.
Philip Crean received a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree in History from the University of Chicago between 2012 and 2016. Philip was also a visiting student at King's College London in 2012, studying War Studies. Prior to their university education, they obtained a High School Diploma from Choate Rosemary Hall in the years 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an IRI Market Advantage™ Specialist and an IRI Unify® Certified Professional from IRI in May 2019.
