Kathy Cambridge is the current Vice President of Data Analytics and Customer Support Operations at XSELL Technologies. Kathy has been with the company since March 2019. Prior to their current role, Kathy was the Enterprise Program Director - Professional Services at Nuance Communications from January 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they led a team of data analysts, program managers, and customer success managers to drive growth with Fortune 15 clients. Kathy has also been instrumental in developing XSELL's Power BI platform using Sisense's Reporting Center of Excellence for Customer Success. Under their leadership, the data analytics team has grown significantly, driving large dataset complex reporting suites supporting XSELL's entire client base including several Fortune 20 companies. Kathy is a passionate advocate for data-driven analysis and drives program and product growth based on insights gleaned from data. Kathy also developed the initial PMO infrastructure for XSELL's customer success, Help Desk, and Training organizations. Kathy is a proven leader with a track record of driving change and improving process across organizations.
