Joe Fazzini

Joe Fazzini is the current Chief Financial Officer at XSFinancial. Joe has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, and they have spent the last three years as the Chief Financial Officer at Xtraction Services, Inc. During their time at Xtraction Services, Joe was responsible for completing an RTO to take the company public on the CSE, and they also built out the reporting and operating functions in both the US and Canada. In their current role at XSFinancial, Joe is focused on financing and expanding the business to cater to a growing list of customers.

Joe Fazzini has a B. Comm from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in finance and economics. Joe also has the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and is a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Joe Fazzini reports to David Kivitz, CEO & Director. They are on a team with Jim Bates - Director of Credit and Risk, Antony Radbod - COO & Director.
