Neil O'Rourke

Neil O'Rourke is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Xsight Labs LTD since October 2021, Neil previously held the same title at HPR, where responsibilities included driving the development of an ultra-low latency financial trading platform and nurturing client relationships in the APAC region. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Neil managed 55 developers across multiple teams, focusing on platform definition and hyperconverged products. With a background as a Principal Engineer at SimpliVity and previous roles at Verivue, Juniper Networks, Redstone Communications, and Bay Networks, Neil has demonstrated expertise in hardware design, engineering management, and product development. Neil holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and completed coursework at Harvard Business School Online in 2021.
