Joan Butters

With more than 20 years of healthcare Operations and IT leadership experience across the Payer, Hospital, Physician, and Pharmacy verticals, Joan Butters brings a combination of insight and expertise to her position as Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of XSOLIS. Prior to founding XSOLIS, Joan served as Vice President/General Manager of Strategy and Emerging Solutions at Optum, where identified and developed new technology solutions which generated over $225m annually and provided services across the healthcare ecosystem.

Joan got her start at in healthcare at AIM Healthcare as Vice President, Data Mining Technologies, serving as a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for the formation and growth of AIM Healthcare, the leader in cost containment solutions servicing the payer, hospital and provider healthcare markets.

In 2005, the National Business Journal named Joan a Woman of Influence for her contributions and experience in corporate strategy across all healthcare verticals.
