Ernest Chung has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ernest started their career as a Facilities Assistant IV at UC Irvine in June 2010 and worked there until January 2011. In the same year, they also assumed the role of Captain/Team Manager for the UCI Intramural Basketball Association from January until March.
In December 2010, Ernest took on an internship at Hatch Design Group as a Business Development/Marketing Intern. During this role, they were responsible for creating and organizing portfolios, generating leadership and communication skills, and completing detail-oriented tasks related to potential clients. Ernest concluded their internship in July 2011.
From June 2011 to January 2012, Ernest worked at NEAD llc. as a Business Development/Social Media Marketing/Graphic Design Intern. In December 2013, Ernest joined Xsolla and held two positions simultaneously. Ernest first started as a Marketing Manager/Internal Blogger and has been in this role without a specified end date. Additionally, in November 2017, they became the Head Video Game Analyst/Playtester at Xsolla.

Ernest Chung began their education in 2008 at UC Irvine, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Economics with a minor in Management. Ernest completed their undergraduate degree in 2012. In the same year, Ernest briefly attended Maastricht University, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics. In 2010, they also had a short-term experience at the University of Cambridge, studying Empirical Finance.
