Natalya Plyusnina

Natalya Plyusnina began their work experience in 2010 as the Head of a call center at a company called "Vest-U." Natalya transitioned to a role at DartIT in 2012, where they initially worked as a Specialist in project design and documentation. Natalya then advanced to become the Head of Support and Maintenance before finally becoming the Head of the Mobile Application Development Department. In 2017, they joined Xsolla as an IT Business Analyst and is currently in that role.

Natalya Plyusnina completed their Bachelor's degree in Project Management from the Higher School of Economics from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their Specialist degree in Technology and Entrepreneurship at the Perm State Pedagogical University from 2006 to 2011.

Additionally, Natalya Plyusnina obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed the "(ABA03) Business Analysis Essentials Online (Theory+Practice)" certification from the Art of Business Analysis. In September 2018, they received the "ICAGILE CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL" certification from ICAgile. In March 2018, they also obtained the "ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Value Analysis" certification from ICAgile.
