Sam Gaglani

Sam Gaglani is the Vice President of Business Development at Xsolla. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Team Culture Manager at Blizzard Entertainment from September 2011 to June 2012. While at Blizzard, they were responsible for implementing strategic and communication plans that aligned with the company culture values. Sam also conducted terminations proceedings during company wide downsizing and partnered with managers to implement disciplinary measures for low performing employees. In addition, they redesigned the onboarding process for new hires and project managed new program initiatives, such as the merit review and performance management philosophy. Sam is dedicated to creating an employee-oriented, high performance culture and enjoys counseling employees on HR related issues.

Sam Gaglani pursued a B.A. in Political Science/Film at the University of California, Los Angeles.
