Priscila Aguiar

Priscila Aguiar currently serves as the Head of Guest and Investor Experience and Head of Operations at Xtay since November 2022. Before this role, Priscila held the position of City Manager in São Paulo at Casai, overseeing performance metrics for the region and managing various operational teams. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Atlantica Hospitality International, Housi, Hotel Villa Amazônia, and as Event Consultant at Atlanta Tour. Priscila started their career as an Executive Assistant at ADVISIA OC&C Strategy Consultants and later coordinated customer relationships at St Marche. Priscila holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Centro Universitário Senac, completed in 2009.
