Andrew McKairnes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and analytics. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer - Analytics at Kantar XTEL since December 2023, Andrew previously held multiple leadership roles at Zoovu, including Chief Customer Officer, Chief Information Officer, and SVP Customer Success for the Americas from September 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Smart Communications from July 2011 to September 2020, where key positions included Director of Solution Consulting for North America and Principal Solutions Architect. Andrew began the career at HighPoint Solutions as a Project Manager from December 2005 to July 2011. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Information Systems and Economics and a Marketing minor from Strome College of Business.
