Inelda Shyti is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Manager at Kantar XTEL since January 2023. Prior to this role, Inelda held the position of AMS Functional Analyst at Kantar from January 2020 to January 2023. Inelda's career also includes significant experience at Deloitte Albania and Kosova as a Consultant in IT Consulting from January 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included SAP Basis consulting, change management, client training, and documentation. Early career experiences include internships in IT at A.E.Distribution shpk and the Ministry of Food and Customer Care. Inelda holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Technology from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës (2014-2015) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution (2009-2013).
