Henry Cowley is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in customer support and project engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Xtera since December 2018, Henry previously held positions at Facebook as a Project Engineer and Optical Network Engineer, and returned to Xtera to serve as both a Senior Product Support Engineer and Senior Customer Support Engineer from 2012 to 2018.
