Mariia Lvova

Mariia Lvova has worked in the Human Resources field since 2019, when they began their career at RiverSoft as an HRBP, Human Resources Recruiter, and Human Resources. In 2022, they moved to xTiles, where they currently hold the role of Head of Human Resources.

Mariia Lvova has a Magister degree in Psychology from Glazov State pedagogical institute named after V. G. Korolenko, and a Magister degree in Philology from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Mariia has also obtained additional certifications including Personality typologies from MBTI to DISC from Mike Pritula Academy in October 2021, IT-рекрутер from LABA in May 2020, and Диплом курса HRBP from LABA in April 2020.
