Kathryn Sampson

Kathryn Sampson is an experienced consultant and business advisor, currently serving as a Consultant II at XTIVIA, Inc. and as a Senior Consultant and owner of Sampson Business Advisory Services, LLC. With a strong background in ERP implementation, system optimization, and training, Kathryn has successfully led major projects involving Traverse ERP and Microsoft D365 Business Central, while also managing EDI projects and enhancing business processes for various clients. Prior roles include key positions at RSM US LLP and SafeNet Assured Technologies, where Kathryn managed customer service operations and spearheaded ERP transitions. Kathryn holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Towson University and a BA in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
