Mike Ahrenhoersterbaeumer began their career in 2008 as a Marketing Intern at Western Construction Group. In 2011, they joined XTIVIA, Inc. as a Sales Executive and Marketing/Sales Intern. At XTIVIA, they were responsible for helping customers achieve their goals through integrated technology solutions and services.

Mike Ahrenhoersterbaeumer attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Communications with a focus in Business.
