Arun Vigneswaran

Arun Vigneswaran's work experience includes being the Head of People Excellence and HR head for xto10x Technologies Pvt Ltd since April 2019. At xto10x, they lead the people excellence practice, working with 180+ startups to help founders understand their company culture.

Prior to xto10x, Arun worked at Flipkart from June 2015 to May 2019. Arun was the Centre of Excellence and HR leader for HR, overseeing a team of 400 people. Arun introduced a new PM philosophy for a scale of 9000 people, which resulted in a 30% increase in fairness. Arun also implemented talent reviews to build a strong senior leader pipeline, with a significant percentage of positions filled internally. Additionally, they rolled out a manager capability program for 400 people managers across Flipkart.

Before their time at Flipkart, Arun was a Summer Intern at Texas Instruments in 2014 and worked as an SDE 2 at Capgemini from January 2012 to July 2013.

Arun Vigneswaran completed their education in a chronological order. Arun first attended Christ Nagar School from 1995 to 2005, where they earned the ICSE degree. Then, they attended St. Thomas Residential Central School from 2005 to 2007, obtaining the ISC degree in the field of science. Arun then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Lastly, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.
